Do You Remember the Ningxia turtles?
Until recently, Westerners had not heard of Ningxia Wolfberries. They come from Ningxia province like the super Ningxia turtles on TV a few ago. They were super strong good guys. These berries have a remarkable powerhouse of nutrients for health, many which we find deficient in the typical American diet. They come from the foothills of the Himalayas and have been used by Chinese healers for generations.

Analysis shows that this berry has:
3 times the Vitamin A of a carrots;
10 times the vitamin C of an orange,

Ningxia Turtle SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup Young Living Gojo berries soaked in warm water
1 cup cashews or walnuts soaked in water over night
(walnuts are super high in Omega 3's)
1/2 avocado
2 T flax seed ground and/or 1 T. Chia seeds
1 handful of spinach, or swiss chard or any other green
2 apples with their skin
1-cup pumpkin without rind or zucchini chopped cut these very thin
2 peeled carrots sliced very very thin
1 stalk celery sliced very thin
1/2 cup of kifer
If you don't have a Champion for juicing chop or slice the vegetables very thin.
