#10 Vegetables control toxins

GREEN CHLOROPHYLL Controls All Toxic free radials
I bet your wondering what toxic free radials are?

Back in high school biology (when you were not paying attention) they talked about cells. Each on has a center nucleus, with electrons flying around it. The number of protons (positively charged particles) in the atom's nucleus determines the number of electrons (negatively charged particles) flying around the atom. Normally there are not an odd number left over. A lone electron is called a free radicals. They are very unstable and react quickly with other compounds, trying to capture the needed electron to gain stability. Generally, free radicals attack the nearest stable molecule, "stealing" its electron. When the "attacked" molecule loses its electron, it becomes a free radical itself, beginning a chain reaction.

Some free radicals arise normally every day in our body. Sometimes the body's immune system purposefully create them to neutralize viruses and bacteria. However, environmental factors such as pollution, radiation, cigarette smoke and herbicides can also spawn free radicals.

Veggies that have vitamin C and E have microscopic fiber molecules resembling a sponge being very porous and absorbent with the ability to soak up free radicals --An abundance of free radicals make you age, or get sick. Green veggies bind the toxic matter with a substance like that of stick-um paper, gathering the nasty chemical bacteria and carcinogens and packaging it into a nice little package and sending it out though the bowl – eating Raw Liquid Light vegetable smoothies increases our bodies protection, making you more healthy and full of energy. Remember we have recipes that hide that veggie so you will not taste them.
